报告题目:"How to Write Excellent Papers for Journal Publication"
报告内容摘要:
Writing papers is a daily exercise for scholars who are not native English writers. Tenured professors enjoy the process, whereas non-tenured professors suffer from it. Tenured professors are not just publishing papers to have tenure. They publish papers for success everywhere and anywhere. These respectable scholars are writing reports, columns, books, blogs, newsletter, journal articles and conference proceedings, to share ideas and knowledge with others. You may be wondering what is behind the success in the publication productivity of tenured faculty who are not native English scholars.
If you are not a native English writer and you are currently suffering from the process of academic publication, this seminar is for you. During the seminar, you will learn about the criteria for high quality research and major challenges of publishing for success. Four solutions to overcoming these major challenges will also be discussed. In the end of this seminar, you will learn strategies for writing effectively, and begin enjoying the writing process.
