主讲人简介：
Frans Greidanus，1982年毕业于荷兰Leiden大学，获物理学博士学位，随后以研发科学家身份加入飞利浦公司。自1989年起任飞利浦在荷兰和美国的研发团队负责人；2005年9月1日起被任命为飞利浦亚洲研究院执行总裁、飞利浦亚洲首席技术官，是飞利浦中国高层管理团队成员之一；2013年从飞利浦退休。在其职业生涯中，Frans Greidanus担任了荷兰和中国一些董事会及咨询委员会成员，如无锡市政府、上海市科学技术委员会，比利时、荷兰及卢森堡在中国的商会。他是荷兰物理学会的杰出会员。因其对上海经济与社会发展作出的贡献，Frans Greidanus于2007年和2011年分别获得上海市政府颁发的白玉兰银奖和金奖。
Seminar简介：
In 2014 it will be a hundred years ago that Gilles Holst founded the famous Philips Research Laboratories. He managed the Research laboratories according to ten rules, today called The Ten Commandmends of Holst. They were the basis of building a very successful Research organization and to create the great company Philips is today. In this seminar we will address the various topics Holst addressed in his commandments and lessons we can still learn from them for management practices today.
