报告摘要:
Through observations and experiments in the field, I have developed a framework for learning effectiveness at the individual and organizational levels. My field work comprises five years of observation, participation and confirmation at the university and industrial organizations. In this study, I have focused on the concept of affective learning and cognitive learning paradigms to understand the potential tension between the two opposite polls in China. My findings suggest that the development of a problem increases thescope and affective learning, and the solution of a problem induces intensity and precision of the existing knowledge. In other words, I conclude that the rituals of learning in-use are partially distal from symbolic action we ought to apply. Therefore, whenever the purpose of learning in the organization is other than a narrow stream of exploitation of existing knowledge, we better change our practices. I am using this framework to expand my study to multiple regions of China, and I intend to develop and diffuse this model through high tier journals.
The framework can play a role of practice and policy in academic institutions, organizational learning and social development (e.g. governance). Especially, it guides the flow of knowledge, knowledge transfer, and explorative-exploitative dichotomy for interactive learning.
N.B. In this abstract, I have rephrased the terms and expression because a part of the study is under review in some journals.

I have acquired a set of skills over the years in my field in the academia and management setting. It places me in a position to respond variegated challenges and issues effectively at the professional and institutional levels. I have also effective taught MBA with a positive feedback. May recent awards as the ‘Most Favourite Foreign Teacher” are testaments to my effective teaching. Elsewhere, I have had the privileged position of the main reviewer/decision-maker for the Ph.D. degree for a University by the Ministry of Education in the UAE 2012. I was also the main Jury for the Chancellor’s Award for Community Service to a university in the Dubai.
